Should you have any cause to complain, in the first instance please speak to your main contact working with you. You should expect resolution within 7 days.

If you can not get resolution, please contact or use the contact form on our website, and title your contact 'COMPLAINT', and the company secretary will be in contact to attempt resolution.

In the case of being unable to achieve resolution, Adderley Ltd will propose a third party mediator to achieve resolution.
