We review best practice quarterly and adopt wherever we can. We abhor all forms of modern slavery, which is a vile crime, and ensure as far as possible that there is no modern slavery anywhere in our supply chain. We pay our suppliers within 5 days of receiving an invoice.
TO OUR COMMUNITY: We support our local communities, source locally, spend locally, and volunteer or donate at least 5% of our resources to local and international charities.

Complaint procedure
We are here to help
Should you have any cause to complain, in the first instance please speak to your main contact working with you. You should expect resolution within 7 days.
If you can not get resolution, please contact info@adderley.ltd or use the contact form on our website, and title your contact 'COMPLAINT', and the company secretary will be in contact to attempt resolution.
In the case of being unable to achieve resolution, Adderley Ltd will propose a third party mediator to achieve resolution.
