Rev. Imogen Ball, BA (Hons), MA
Why Imogen?
Coach and Mentor in the Christian and not for profit sector
Imogen is a passionate communicator, a strategic thinker, and a pastor of people. She is a Church of England priest serving in a new church plant on a housing development. She loves seeing people reach their potential, leading and loving teams, and being part of community formation. She also holds a freelance writing portfolio. She has recently embarked on a PhD at The University of Aberdeen
What does Imogen bring from her learning?
Imogen listens deeply, asking “curiosity-driven” questions to enable people to find solutions, problem solve, and process their circumstances. She seeks to create spaces where people develop their own understanding and navigate pathways through issue areas.
In a Christian coaching setting, she co-discerns the voice of God with her clients. She prayerfully considers where God is prompting and leading. She is excited by the exploration of people’s unique God-given callings and how they can take steps of obedience into their vocation.
How does Imogen add value?
Imogen loves making an impact and working with individuals facing personal and professional challenges. She brings energy, focus, and sensitivity to group and 1:1 settings. She is insightful, challenging, and loves seeing people reach their potential at home, in community, and at work. She is trained in theology and biblical studies which underpins her Christian coaching techniques. As a mum of young children, her understanding of the challenges for young parents is refreshing and authentic.
